dc.description.abstractIn the accompanying Comment1 , Li and Chen state that the dielectric constant (κ) values we reported for amorphous boron nitride (a-BN)2 are underestimated and are inconsistent with principles of dielectric physics. Here we show that the claims of Li and Chen are incorrect, using our original data and new data that support our initial results.-
